Hey, I’ve been having this problem ever since reinstalling the game the other day. I’ve crashed in every single game. When going through the tutorial I also noticed I would crash in the Psykhanium every time I got past the 2/2 Heavy Attacks. This happened 4 time in a row at the exact same time.

Hm okay, thanks for the update! I’ve shared your previous, and most recent crash report and logs with the development team to see if our developers have any insight.
Due to the late time on a Friday, this may not get picked up immediately - but I’ll update you as soon as I receive a response.
They asked it you can check if you have any unassigned keybinds, specifically the weapon extra which appears to be being used by the code - but may be missing.
A clean reinstall in theory should have wiped your existing keybindings, unless your settings have been restored by Steam Cloud save perhaps.
Okay this narrows it down. I go into keybinds and my game instantly crashes with the lua:122 error. Would there be a way that I could factory reset my keybinds outside the game?
Gotcha, please try a complete reinstall, but also disabling Steam Cloud Saving and deleting your AppData beforehand. This will ensure any corrupted AppData does not carry over to the new installation:
Step 1: Disable Steam Cloud Saving
Navigate to your Steam library
Right-click Darktide
Select ‘Properties’
On the ‘General’ tab, scroll down to ‘Steam Cloud’
Disable ‘Keep game saves in the Steam Cloud for Warhammer 40,000: Darktide’
Step 2: Delete AppData
NOTE: By deleting your AppData, custom keybindings will be reset. You may wish to make a back-up of the directory in the event deleting your AppData does not work to resolve the issue.
Press the Windows key + R
Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
Navigate to: AppData\Roaming\Fatshark
Delete the entire ‘Darktide’ directory
Once the steps above are complete, you can then proceed to reinstall Darktide as normal.
