"Ride Together, Die Together" Achievement not unlocked

Tried this more than 4 times with my friends and once soloed.
Times are measured by frames when both bosses’ HP bar disppeared each. (11.5 seconds, 13.5 seconds, 19.6 seconds)
Achievement not unlocked. Is this known bug?

Legend difficulty. In Cata, the achievement works fine i heard.
