My son still can’t create a character. No matter what he chooses for a name, even the randomize button, he still has that error.
What is being done about this? If it’s still an issue can I request a refund?

It just states “Invalid Name” each and every time. No matter what he types in, if he clicks on the random name button, nothing works.
