# Repeated Crashing after a few minutes

Recently the game crashes around 5-10 minutes in. Sometimes an error code is displayed sometimes one is not. The most recent one I actually got is below:

## GUID: aac3371d-4cad-4a82-aad6-33d12e47e0c2 Log File: Info Type:

I’ve tried uninstalling and clean reinstalling GPU drivers, switching DirectX, uninstalling and reinstalling the game and still it persists.

Could you please let me know if you see an improvement after lowering your ‘Worker Thread’ count within the launcher to **6**?
