Remove the random map bonus

Custom and random maps should reward the same loot.
The random map option should be a feature for the time when we just don’t want to pick a map manually.

Nah, quickplay needs an incentive, so let the bonus stay. The problem is that there is a very severe lack of consistent difficulty across the maps, and the quickplay RNG is heavy weighted towards less-played maps, which are usually not played for a reason. The weighting needs to go.
