# Ranger's disengage

Issue Summary:

On several occasions large enemies like rothelms and monsters attacked me while Disengage was active.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Activate disengage.

Reproduction Rate (Choose One):  
Rare (\< 10%)

Additional Information:  
I cannot claim that this is a real or regular thing, but I think it was since I can tell the difference between getting caught in a swipe and being the inteded target of the attack. However, it always happened after I had attacked someone, similar to how the huntsman’s ultimate behaves.

Disengage only protects you from man-sized enemies. If you activate Disengage and the CWs or monster is right in front of you during their attack animation then, yes, you will take damage.

They are strong. They are powerful. They hit hard.

Disebgage dont protect you from aoe attacks. Maulers, CWs and monsters swing and slams have aoe

I know, but the point is that it was not the swing aimed at someone else or started before Disengage. Each of them turned towards me and attacked.
