Quickplay difficulty keeps switching to veteran

After a cata QP match, difficulty gets switched to veteran and I have to manually switch it back to cata. Inconsistent, and doesn’t seem to be related to whether or not we finished the map or wiped. Only mods I’m using are host QP & loadout manager, but pretty sure this was happening even when I had all mods turned off when VS first came out.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Play cata QP.
  2. Die, or finish map.
  3. Difficulty switches to veteran.

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them

Common (<50%)
