Quartermaster's favorite penance not tracking

After the 15 week Quartermaster’s favorite penance (4) the 5th tier for the final completion does not track whatsoever. It is currently stuck at week 15 and has been this way for 2 weeks as of now. From what I can tell it does not sync with the patch notes or update so I do not believe it to be a part of or tied to this. I am unsure of what is not tracking properly here with the penance.

I apologize if this topic was brought up already, but I could not find it on a quick search.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

1). Load Darktide and play Havoc (any difficulty)
2). Get to and obtain quartermaster’s favorite (4) [Did not seem to have any issues tracking prior to this]
3). Notice the penance progress for quartermaster’s favorite (5) being 15/20 on the first week
4). Wait another week and finish accept your havoc rewards from Dukane to then check on the penance progress and notice it is still 15/20 for quartermaster’s favorite (5)

Yes, but I haven’t tried disabling them

I should also state for step 4). to play a mission as you need at least a single mission of any difficulty to be completed first prior to accepting any havoc rewards for that week. Going up or down in rank does not seem to make any difference as between the two weeks I had lost 20 ranks and gained 20 the next.
