QoL Patch Skitter Gate Shade not respawning

While playing Skitter Gate on cataclysm, our Shade died during the final boss fight. They were not the host. As we continued to fight for 4-5 minutes, our shade did not respawn when clearly enough time had passed. We ended up losing the match and then got stuck in the loading screen trying to get to the lobby.

The list of player was Host: Grail knight, Battle Wizard, Shade, and a Iron Breaker bot.

I dont know how exactly to replicate this but a broken lobby from people joining in and leaving causes the no respawn thing to happen.Were people trying to join in and couldn’t take the bot’s spot?
