Psykinetic's Aura not working on elites in Psykhanium

Issue Description:
Killing certain elites in Psykhanium does not activate Psykinetic’s Aura.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Play Psykhanium as Psyker
  2. Apply Psykinetic’s Aura
  3. Use Psykinetic’s Wrath
  4. Kill any of the elites that reside in the same section as Sniper.

In addition, behavior occurs in missions as well. It is easier to test in the Psykhanium.
