Issue Description:
Psyker with Misplaced Faith background is missing starter item from Upper Body tab. Item appears on character but not in Upper Body list.
Steps to Reproduce:
Create Psyker with Misplaced Faith background.
Open Cosmetics Tab.
Click Upper Body.
See no item appears (See screenshot)
