Head pop should be able to be used way more! peril builds up too quickly generally.

If we are able to play around with peril resistance on items and what not that should counterbalance it quite well
peril generation is too high in general, not just from head pop
i would love to use the staff more instead of being afraid to have fun with it because i might need that peril for a brain burst the next second… without blowing up that is
Seems pretty unanimous amongst all players that psyker got the heaviest of nerfs and it was too big of one. Hopefully they undo it a bit because peril building up to full from 2 head bursts is just insane. If they let us quell peril much faster then it would be much more managable.
