Psyker Basic Training Outdated Information - Psykinetic's Wrath & Peril

I have raised this as a bug.

Psykinetic's Wrath not venting any peril/stopping explosion

Issue Description: Psykinetic’s Wrath on low level psykers no longer vents any peril or stops Perils of the Warp overload explosion. This may be intentional given Venting Shriek BUT. Psykinetic’s Wrath tooltip is bugged on the character selection and talent screen. The Basic Training for Psykers has the voiceline about it removing peril (which has technically been wrong on live but now very wrong). The Blessed by Fate penance still makes reference to “Use Psykinetic’s Wrath to survive…
