PSA: Heretical Artifacts Progression Updating

Hey all! We’re seeing reports about the progress for the Heretical Artifacts event progress not appearing to update correctly.

Please rest assured that everything is tracking correctly.

For events, the progress tracker is normally updated upon end of round. However, as this event requires pledging in the Mourningstar hub, it then requires re-entering the hub for the progress to reflect in the UI.

We appreciate it’s not ideal and a little confusing! Hopefully this eases any concerns!

I just did the new “Heretical Artifacts” event map (on Skittari; not sure yet if that is relevant) and collected some ~135 relics. I turned them to Melk and … my personal Event Progress is showing 0/2000.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Play a “Heretical Artifacts” event map.
  2. Collect relics as you play.
  3. Turn relics in to Melk and pledge them to a faction.
  4. Tab over to check your personal progress for the “Heretical Artifacts” event.
  5. Progress shows 0/2000.

Same situation. ~130 relics, committed… zero event progress

Same here.

Update: progress appears to be showing NOW … for submissions from the previous mission. Progress appears to lag, only displaying after you’ve done another mission.

I’ve collected lots of artefacts now, and the counter still says 0.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Play DT
Play a special event mission and collect artefacts

Notice your counter doesn’t move

You have to turn them into Melk for them to count.

I just did that and the counter still says 0. I’ve collected bloody tonnes of these things so I hope it’s counted

yeah that UI seems to be broken. you gotta play a mission or relog and you’ll get the rewards.

My problem is within the Uprising difficulty.

Malice and higher track as it should.

My counter stopped at 262/600.

After a 2 hour break, I logged back in to find my count now reads 1582/1800 ( correctly ).

I just started playing again in the past few days. I have 273 of these things, but it shows no progress and there’s no way to turn them in, but I also have no progress. Relogging hasn’t done anything. Another system to ignore, I suppose.
