# PS4 Consistent crashing

I recently redownloaded Vermintide 2 on my PS4 through PS Plus. I even purchased a DLC because it was on sale. Unfortunately, every single time I load the game up(I am in Online mode) and try to join a server or quick play, my game crashes.

The Error Code displayed on my ps4 is CE-38700-8

Steps to Reproduce: Try to join any online game

**Platform:**  
PlayStation

**Player ID:**

[02/08/2023, 4:30PM] [EST]

**Reproduction Rate:**  
Constant (100%)

Yes I’m having the same experience tired to so much with and it keeps crashing every time I try to join a game please help, is this only happening to the playstation 4

Hi both,

Sorry about that - our recent patch introduced a matchmaking crash for PlayStation players that own the Back to Ubsersreik DLC.

We’ve released a hotfix this morning to address this issue. Please download the latest update which should resolve this 🙂
