Repeated Illisi Force Sword Special Attack Activation Has No Peril Cost

Issue Type (Required): Weapons Issue Description (Required): Before the patch unlike other force swords, Illisi special attack can be chained into itself without any delay. After the recent patch there is NO peril cost for special attacks activation if the action is done quickly enough. This doesn’t seem to be talent related as I can replicate this without any talents selected. P.S. Please redesign Obscurus and Deimos special attacks so they are actually useful and can be used without locking…
