Pre 4.6 sott, lvl30 row is long duration wall - aoe - debuff wall.
After 4.6, sott lvl30 row is now long duration wall - push wall - aoe.
In chaos waste, old sott can’t get 1st + 2nd lvl30 talent, nor 2nd + 3rd lvl30 talent, so you don’t get any wall + aoe combo.
This part of the code seems forgotten, which leads current sott can get 1st + 3rd lvl30 talent(long duration wall + aoe), which causes something funny like this to happen.
