Possibility for an account transfer from PC Game pass --> Steam due to technical issues?

Not sure if this is the right medium to post this on so please let me know if this is better fitted elsewhere.

I have been having performance issues while playing Darktide on my pc for around half a year now and they have been getting progressively worse over said time. At first it was minor performance decreases from around 10-20 FPS to what i was used to. Now, 6 months later: my audio keeps breaking during missions, i have low performance, the game crashes on startup numerous times and since today i am not even able to boot up the game because it keeps crashing during startup.

I have tried reinstalling the game, verifying files, updating drivers, updating hardware on my pc, basically everything but nothing seems to fix it.
Darktide is the only game that i have these issues with that i play even though it is far from the most demanding game that i play in terms of specs. I have never had any issues playing games on steam, including Vermintide 2.

My question now is is whether it is possible for my account to be transferred over to steam. I have played several hundred hours on game pass and to lose all of this progress purely because of technical issues would definitely make me stop playing all together.

Iā€™ve dealt with the bad performance for a while but it has gotten to the point

Just a small correction, I believe it is actually ā€œDarktide Mod Loaderā€ that needs to be updated!
The new update is now live on Nexus.

Will overwrite your old mod load order file so might want to copy it beforehand.

Also donā€™t forget to run the ā€œtoggle_darktide_patchā€ BAT file after updating.
