Portrait for Helmgart Cataclysm challenges

What is up with the Helmgart challenges on cata? Why do we only get these ridicoulous level up chests and not a nice portrait like on legend difficulty?
Would it really be that hart to add a portrait for that?? Just straight up recolor this portrait:

to like black, red, pink, green dude whatever… just give us something lol
look at that ugly thing i made in like 30 seconds it would be enough to make so many people happy and go for these challenges

Might have to do with Cata being added after the release of the game.
Legend was the highest difficulty on release, and cata challenges added afterwards.
I would just like for them to make it so if you earn the cata challenge, you automatically unlocked the legend version of that challenge.
