theres no telling when they started production on this map. it was probably started before expeditions died. i don’t think they should give up on expeditions but the mode does need a major rework
If it wasn’t for the Skitarii penance? I never would have touched this crap again or Mortis Trials.
In the future? Keep any, new DLC characters or free additions far away from these two terrible modes that nobody wants to play!

And if memory serves there was a healthy player base in both adventure AND CW for a long time 'till DT came out, even with a smaller total overall. It was still popular after DT came out I bet.
Someone here already said it, reuse the expedition assets and Mortis trials’, along with the existing map ones and with a bit of rested-from-vacation (holiday for you UKers) brain power you can make a winning mode that people will love. I bet player retention will be better with Darktide Wastes= more $ from DLCs and cosmetics.
