Please remove +% experience from blessings at level 30

2 great curios bricked when consecrating in a row because of this useless blessing.
There is 0 reason to leave intrinsically infuriating stuff like that to your players in the game really.

WTF: THIRD IN A ROW ; @Aqshy how statistically possible is that and how cursed are we ?!

5% while leveling is basically useless as well anyway.
Just remove it all around.

I 100% agree (unless they bring back level up loot past level 30, but even then it might still be better completely gone) however this would probably be a better post in the gameplay feedback category.

Nah, they should just keep your XP bar rolling and give you a bonus item or something every time you fill one up.

Either way, something needs to change. There’s so many things in this game that are just poorly thought out. Like they literally didn’t think for a minute. Mechanics stacked upon mechanics that just grind each others gears. It feels like they slapped it all together haphazardly from different builds of the game…

Think, Fatshark, think!

Man, that’s because and it is very evident what happened:
They had a lot of great ideas, but they likely had to start from scratch with a few of them, so those that would actually have worked out well - had to be scrapped completely, because they didn’t have the time nor resources to finish them in a satisfactory manner.

This is how the weapon modding system got ditched that would have allowed us to attach flashlights, scopes etc, because the crafting system they initially had, had to be completely reworked because it was: bad, to what we get now, which is… also… Bad.
I mean the amount of RNG on that weapon/curio store is through the damn roof and while it certainly offsets the store RNG by letting us reroll 1 perk, if it isn’t 2 perks then we’re still talking years to get any specific weapon past 360, then 370 and then a 380. Years. Quite frankly, long enough for the servers to be shutdown.

Not yet anther thread to irrationally blow things out of proportion.

Game is fun as it is and lacking in many details + some poor design decisions about not sharing resources and weapons.

Vermintide 2 took more than 1-2 years to be satisfyingly playable and 4 years to get where it’s at now. And Fatshark made it their own way the same as now, on their own time and their own direction, sometimes questionable but with a satisfying enough result.

I bought Darktide because of the support they gave V2 and I’ll be glad when the people piling up on the release to vent their frustration with various stuff will have moved on. Critics, suggestions and gameplay stuff will not be drowned out in the cesspool that seems to have spilled over from the Steam forums then.

Online exchanges have gone to s**t and gamers are a sad example of it.

No, Fatshark did not make it their own way, Fatshark fixed the bugs, crashes and performance issues in Vermintide 2.

The Modders added all the QoL and improvements to the base game that you so enjoy to this day. It came to a point in which Fatshark themselves, had to cave in and just add it to the base game. Vermintide 2 success is fully and entirely because of the Modders that persevered. If they hadn’t, you would still be playing the empty shell it was at release.

Sure buddy.

How to say: “I didn’t play Vermintide 2 until 2 years after its release” without saying: “I didn’t play Vermintide 2 until 2 years after its release.”
