I’ll take your word for it, vet is not my forte. The dedicated ranged class being able to make any gun work is a good thing, if only zealot could say the same! ---

why is everyone quaking in their boots that it’s gonna be nerfed? what is this phenomenom? like why are we saying anyone wants this nerfed? can someone explain where you’ve been seeing this sentiment? this is some actual glitch in the matrix thread, it’s full of people reassuring eachother that the opposition who wants this nerfed is evil and stupid but there is no such opposition anywhere wtf ---

Fun to use on SG psyker but not terribly powerful, IAG is still better. Probably would get the same results on the other man-sized classes. Tried it on Veteran too and while it can cook it still suffers from the old Vet problem of “sniping is so much harder when you’re surrounded by everything”. ---

Should not be confused with pearl clutching where you’re having a meltdown over a bug that gives unfair advantage to a player which is obviously to be fixed in the next patch(es) ---

oh lol my mistake i didnt see that, i clicked on the wrong hyperlink but even then-back when i didnt even know it was a bug and thought that was just how skitari works. i mean precedent of the dlc classes rolling over games (hive scum) has already been set- it’s not unreasonable for people to see skitari to be the same here… nobody really has issue with the huntsman shotgun. like if anything it’s a mediocre weapon compare that i would have trouble with the most meta-hating people to frown upon beyond it barely doing much more than the agrippina in a particular niche. like… nobody is saying this. i dont think i’ve ever seen anyone saying this ---

I remember when people complained about Arbitrator’s shield and pistol, when in reality it was a mid weapon (worse than Bolt Pistol) even on Auric, and then it fell off even harder after the following elite HP buffs. Or when people complaied about new Plasmagun mark, when it’s kinda more clunky and less effective than the default one. It’s kinda the boy who cried wolf situation, yes, but it hasn’t appear out of nowhere. Given how bad “x is OP” takes have been around lately, I wouldn’t be surprised that some elite gamer would freak out that it’s unacceptable that a slow @ss shotgun one-shots lesser elites and specials. ---

It shines on Vet as it is the ranged weapon class, on others it’s okay. Zealot is still better off with Flamethrower and using throwing knives. ---

it’s so dishonest to pretend that any fatshark bug is “obviously to be fixed in the next patch(es)” which you even acknowledge by making that plural in the brackets needed to actually make noise so they actually fix that. what this thread is is just whining about an imaginary community that wants the huntsman shotgun nerfed, it’s not productive no matter how you look at it, just people dropping on their backs and playing victim for no reason ---
