Rodin and Rinda did get alternate versions (apparently they can have alternate weapons but my second battle with them I had the sword woman all over my grill and by the time I killed her the team killed her partner). They can spawn as a boss encounter from destroying rations in the event. I think they should appear outside events honestly. And obviously swap them with Rinda/Rodin where they appear in Havoc for story reasons.
