# Plasma gun fires with no visual and sound effects

Sometimes the plasma gun does the firing animation and damage but with no firing sound or projectile effect

Playing on the new map (not listed in the dropdown below)  
Fire plasma gun (occurred 1/4 shots, both charged and uncharged)

Warren 6-19 Habzone HL-70-04

### [PC] Do You Use Mods? (Optional):

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them

### Reproduction Rate (Required):

Unusual (\<25%)

### Platform (Required):

Steam (PC)

Can confirm occasionally the plasma gun fires without sounds or vfx after the patch. Disabling mods seems to have no effect.
