Technically not the same one, different VA and the subtitles call him by a different number. You can see the servitor behind Melk, both in the menu and when you’re just walking around.
Just had this today and got really confused (shows how often Melk has anything worth buying…)
Had the Peddler 138/143 voice line play when purchasing from Melk.
From what I’ve been told, this is his servitor finishing the transaction. There may be a possibility (no guarantees) of recording more lines for Sire Melk to address you personally in the future, but right now this is intended.
It feels very strange to have the servitor talk to you when it’s completely invisible in the frame. I definitely thought this was a bug too
