Overcharge Opacity and Environmental texture quality

In Vermintide 1, the flames at the edge of the screen could be turned down by adjusting overcharge opacity.
This allowed you get a clear warning of overheating without looking at the bar while still allowing for enough change for personal preference.

Unfortunately right now in VT2, the flames at the edge of the screen are now barely visible even with overcharge opacity all the way up to 100. Furthermore, they are not visible at all without environmental texture quality on at least medium.

It would be nice if the flames were perhaps increased a bit, as overcharge opacity already allows for personal customization.
