Last time i checked [it didn’t work](http://forums.fatsharkgames.com/t/opportunist-trait-does-nothing/23775), also [this](http://forums.fatsharkgames.com/t/opportunist-trait-does-it-actually-work/20988/8) thread.

As for now I don’t know, but it was never officially fixed.
