Opening boxes softlocking/breaking game

Whenever i open boxes in multiplayer lobbies it will not give me an option to continue (aka get off the loot screen) so ill have to restart the game every time i go to open a single crate. also i have not had this glitch happen to me when opening multiple boxes at once.
I dont think that the type of box has anything to do with the problem as it has done it to me with many different types.

1. open a box in a multiplayer session
2. game broken

I have put that it can be replicated often at around 75% but i would say it happens in the range of 90 to 95% of the time
