Unfortunately I didn’t take a screenshot.  
During the tutorial mission breaking out of the prison where basically the members of the splash art of the game save you and you have to hold back the heretics had a funny glitch where the ogryn’s torso and arms were spinning in circles through his legs. Funny glitch but very noticeable.
