**Issue Description:**
The penance is currently unable to be completed. Even when timed, getting off 3, 24 metre bullrushes in under 25 seconds will not trip the penance completion. The penance remains stuck at 48 metres traveled no matter how often 3 bullrushes are completed in under 25 seconds. I have now completed the penance twice, timing it, with the second time being under 20 seconds and i have not received the penance completion.
