Will setting “nv\_framerate\_cap” to a value not available in the options menu cause issues?

there’s 30, 40, 60 ,72, 90, and 120.

If it wont cause issues a slider or box to enter the value manually will be better.

Hi @Gu1k,

You should be able to manually set a value in your **user\_settings.config** file, which shouldn’t cause any issue.

1. Press the Windows key + R
2. Enter **%appdata%** within the search input and select ‘OK’
3. Navigate to **AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide**
4. Locate the **user\_settings.config** in this directory
5. Open your user\_settings.config and find the setting ‘nv\_framerate\_cap’
6. Adjust the value to ‘75’
7. Save the file and launch Darktide as normal

If you have any issue, please check your user\_settings.config file isn’t set as ‘Read-only’, as this would prevent the change from saving correctly.
