Issue Description (Required):
After opening first reward and claiming penance other peanaces from the chain are not progressing till DT restart (or possibly operative change - that was a case some time ago for other penances).
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
- Finish Your assigned Havoc last week (+ couple more)
- Open reward at the begining of this week.
- Claim penance
- Notice other peances from chain not progressing.
- Restart DT - Yay! Progress on QF noted.
