Not receiving any materials when discarding Transcendent Weapons

I just noticed after yesterday’s Hotfix that I am not receiving Diamantine or Plasteel when discarding Transcendent weapons. Only getting Ordo dockets. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Essentially, you sold the weapon to a merchant, rather than giving it to a blacksmith to dismantle into materials
