For devs: from what i understand this problem related with Ryzen 5xxx series processors.

Same here, with 5900X, 3090 EVGA, 32Go RAM.
I had this happen as well, but only for a short part of one mission. It happened when grabbed by a giant mutant and slammed a few times.
It didn’t come back until I was captured and rescued.
Additionally I was using the twitch drop camo skin.
I am on an Intel I9 processor and Nvidia card.
It worked in the prologue, but in the missions I dont have a reticle
