When using weapon with No Respite blessing, ive notice that the icon does not shown in the bottom screen as others blessing do. No Respite is a passive buff noted. My suggestion is to add (Active) of (Passive) label in the blessing description to avoid any confusion. Or just display the icon there is plenty of space at my screen XD. Thanks for the info guys. I will check out the Debuff Indicator mod
