Issue Summary:
The patch notes stated that ping numbers can be turned on in network settings, but there is no network settings menu on the Xbox One.

I believe ping should be displayed by default within the ‘View’ menu.
I am not sure what you mean my the ‘View’ menu, but for clarification: ping numbers are not shown at all in the player list, only the red/yellow/green icon. There is no menu in options called View, only Gameplay, Display, Audio, Xbox One Wireless Controller Settings, and Keybindings, none of which contain any options related to ping numbers
