Yeah, I welcome the addition but he sounds too smart, Iā€™m not sure if I like it.

Ogryns being too intelligent is sadly a common theme in Darktide. I think Fatshark CMs have tried to explain it as them being unique, vat-grown Ogryns. I prefer really really stupid Ogryns though, more funny.

That said I really like the voice, just wouldnā€™t want it to be too smart. I think this mostly remains to be seen in interactions with others though

Is that some drug/chem/stim can make them a bit more smart.

If iā€™m correct in the lore ogryns become more intellegent since Great Riff appeared. They were unable to posses psychic powers before, but since GR there even was a female psyker ogryn. Just like there are more human psykers among the population.

All DT ogryns are candidates to become boneheads means they are smarter naturally, one of them has an implant already iirc.

Tho the 4th one sounds too smart indeed.

Yep the brawler is a bone ā€˜ead but the implant isnā€™t working, I donā€™t know if it never worked or if stopped working but my guess is on the latter the way he speaks makes it seem like he once commanded a squad of ogryns.
