New character Campaign missing cutscenes

Issue Description (Required):

Some of the cutscenes are missing for new characters, after completing the first mission, Zola wants to see you to tell you that there are holes in the warband, what’s your best look like etc. This does not play for freshly created characters, (but does for old characters playing through campaign for the first time.)

Also, some of the cutscenes, (like Rannick finding the room full of Nurgle symbols) do not play for pre-existing characters when doing the campaign.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Play First Campaign Mission
  2. Debriefing plays
  3. No notification to report to Strategium and no cutscene with Zola
