Issue Description (Required):

The bug is simple. Mutants aren’t affected by stunstorm at all despite the blitz’s descrtiption stating “stuns all Enemies”. This makes the grenade nigh useless in clutch situations because a mutant will just grab you out of saving your teammates. Tested it both in-game and in the psykanium, in both cases mutants ignore the grenade.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Pick stunstorm on the talent tree.
  2. Throw stunstorm at mutant.
  3. Watch mutant ignore it.
