Issue Summary:
In Against The Grain mission the rotating pillar in the mill is duplicated, one of them is rotating and the other one, in exactly the same place is standing still creating a very fun but ugly effect.
These are the pillars where two windmills are connected with a bridge, both of them are bugged.

I played it with 2 of my friends and we all had the same bug, so its not on personal machine side, we also completed the mission several times and there was always that odd effect.
