Headtaker on melee weapon in battle does not have any visual indicator that it is proc’ing or stacking.
Steps to Reproduce:
[Please add the steps that can help our QA department in reproducing the issue. For example:]

  1. Equip weapon with headtaker passive and hit enemies.
  2. No hits on any enemy type regardless of crit or normal attack seem to proc the passive stacking.
