Longbow skins with glow (exept the weave and shyish skin) got way dimer compared to similar skins on other weapons when the skulls festival came out.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Equip a yellow glow skin on a weapon , bardin handgun as an example, than compare it to a yellow glow skin on kerillian longbow. You can notice the difference in brightness
