Hello Heroes! We wanted to give a small update regarding some of the feedback received and brought back to the team on the Advent Calendar. We’re happy that players have been enjoying the event, but also realize no one likes coming back empty-handed, so we’re working to improve this event for next time. Some of the problems we are working on solving include: - How can we let players get a chance to claim missed days? - How can we reward players who have everything that is also easy for us to implement? Shillings? Vaults? Something else? - We’re also working on improving the UI in claiming and have deployed some fixes for this year’s event that will hopefully make claims less confusing. ---

A possible solution might be to just automatically give players the presents. Just put them in players’ inventory from the entire last week before their login. Something else? As a player who already had almost everything on the calendar anyways, I think the current rewards are just fine. I honestly don’t mind people getting an old cosmetic that I once paid for or something. Something that’s also hard to get but much sought after are glowy veteran weapon illusions. Maybe those could make a good gift as well. The advent calendar is a really nice FS holiday tradition thing, and even if I can’t profit from it personally I still love it for the rest of the community. It’s truly a manifestation of the good old FS we all know and love. 🙂 ---

I love that you are giving new players a chance to obtain some previously unavailable frames. Unfortunately I only started playing June last year so I’ve missed out on a few frames and a particular hat 😉 that I would much love to obtain. That being said this event is awesome and I’m most grateful for such an awesome event and the gifts that come with it, even if I already bought them all hehe ---

I think something that would be appreciated would be the addition to the emporium of new shilling cosmetics. That way even players with a lot of cosmetics would be excited to log in. I’d be especially happy with premium careers’ cosmetics. I’d love to see GK’s face, while choosing something less outlandish than the megalodon’s hat. Even a hatless face would do. I second the feeling that this kind of event is already good enough, otherwise. Personally my biggest worry at the moment is inventory space, so a final fix to the inventory, or any long-standing issue - like beastmen still appearing in maps you sharks tried to fix before - would make me the happiest. ---

Time for reward swapping hits parts of Europe pretty nastily, at least here it happens around logical time to be playing, so extra attention needs to be paid, to make sure one does not play in successive days, but just end session before swap and start session after swap in following days, leading to daily playing but missing rewards. ---

Generally the way the rewards are given is a bit annoying but in this case they refresh at 7, no need to restart as far as I’m aware. ---
