I’m sure someone has said it but if they want to be stingy could sell colors and have in game methods of unlocking colors at time sync

The GW Citadel paint colors are in the Lua, I think they would totally get away with charging you for virtual mini paint bottles (in a FOMO way OFC).

this made me think about an alternate reality where stormtrooper was a career for vet on launch (the code suggested it at the time but was unfinished, lots of focus on killing elites etc, it’s where all the “regen toughness on elite kill” “get CDR on elite kill” and other elite killing focused talents in the vet tree comes from) so you’d get unique cosmetics for it including the classic outfit, kind of how like changing to slayer in vt2 gave bardin a whole slayer look with slayer cosmetics
it’s a bit sad to think about what could’ve been though. in that sense this thread makes me sad as a whole
