KNOWN ISSUE: Penances Not Awarded After Disconnection/Crash, Despite Appearing in Steam Achievements

I’ve definitely dodged more shots since hitting the penance criteria on this:

Zigging and Zagging penance is stuck

Issue Description: UI shows that I’ve done the number of dodges needed (99 out of 99), but it’s been stuck in almost done for many games now. Steps to Reproduce: Not sure how to reproduce.
