The same issue happened me in the former beta. After complete a mission, the game omites the progression screen and back to the lobby with no advance, level and rewards…

Hello, just completed the first multiplayer mission (not the prologue or the tutorial).
When the mission was finished I just had a screen displaying all 4 characters for like 3 seconds or so, then a loading screen and I was back in the lobby.
Checking my inventory I have won gold and a weapon, but I’m still level 1 and my XP bar looks empty.
Is that normal for the first mission? Or do I have XP and the display is bugging out? Or is that a bug and my XP is lost?
For the record, this is the first multiplayer mission but on my second char, when I finished it with my first char I got an error message saying the mission would be “aborted”, and got absolutely nothing.
If others can confirm this is not normal, I’ll post it in the bug report subforum.
Same happened to me and my team. After next mission endscreen we started at level 3

Same for me. I believe i was even lvl 4 after the 2nd game
A VPN fixed the issue. I can progress whenever I play on a VPN

Issue Description:
No reward after finishing mission, score scree skips and strike team is disbanded. Only reward that goes through are coins. Once, when my strike team wiped, score screen stayed and we all gained XP. In my case I went from lvl 1 to lvl 4 instantly.

what vpn did you use? where are you located and what location did you use?
Am I cursed? I have the same problem as all of you. In the previous beta, I also had it. There is no fun in the game as I have no progress again. Again, at the end of the game, I have more money, but I can’t spend it because the store is on the second level.
I hope there will be no problem with the final version. Other errors like optimization or some minor errors can be forgiven, but this particular error leads a person to internal agony.

Edit: Used VPN and it worked, one mission with lags but finished normally and leveled to 8 lvl. 
Edit 2: But its only working when I use VPN. Without it, it is as usual.
From what I’ve seen on this forum and official Discord - it might be connected to cutscenes not loading properly. Instead of playing said cutscene, something’s not working, and you’re disconnected, without getting progress. I didn’t see cutscene with meeting the Inquisitor - it just skipped (initially I thought I skipped it by a mistake).
Some people also claim that using VPN and finishing 1 mission helps to fix that bug
ProtonVPN. I am in Germany and used a Netherland server.
Fixed the problem.
Connected via my phone internet. -get all the XP from before 1 lvl to 11 lvl after one completed mission. No VPN needed.
That almost sounds like a meme But that would indicate the information about lvl / exp is not going through with the packets, via regular inet connection?
Issue Description:
every time I played in a party with 2 of my friends and one random player, at the end of the mission I just got booted out straight to the hub WITHOUT ANY REWARDS, no XP, no ITEMS, nothing. Before that I solo queued to a couple of matches and everything was fine.

- Friends invite me to their party trough steam
- One of them chooses the mission
- We play the mission
- Mission ends
- Mission ending screens
- I get booted out, my friends stay and get the XP.

I can confirm installing a vpn also worked for me, and I got additional xp. I used TunnelBear as an fyi.
Mission Reward Screen kicks me out after completing a mission

Issue Description:
When a mission ends, the end screen appears for like 1 to 3 seconds then disappears (without any input from my part).
I just have the time to see the 4 player characters and nothing else.
I can see in my inventory I win some gold, but never saw any screen or UI element telling me I received something.
I never ever received any Exp from a mission, still level 1 on all the characters I tried.
