We’re aware of reports from players in Russia encountering errors when loading in to the Mourningstar. Our initial investigation shows this may be linked to national network restrictions, which could limit our ability to directly address the issue. It’s worth noting that these restrictions appear to be impacting other products and services as well, and not only Darktide. I’m able to login into my account, reaching character selection, but unable to load into Mourningstar. These were encountered under different DPI bypass mechanisms, popular in Russia right now. Log above is clean - no third party software is running there, since that’s how i want to play the game 🙂 VPN seems to resolve the issue at the cost of very elevated ping. I don’t know what you guys can do with our censorship blocking the servers, but you did something before, right? I can provide any additional information needed. ---

@ZergRush привет, попробуй GoodbyeDPI или AntiZapret. Периодически РКН сходит с ума и начинает банить всех подряд. Мне эти утилиты в такие периоды помогают. ---

У меня уже был активен Запрет на компьютере для обхода ютюба и дискорда. Скачал антизапрет и, видимо, помогло, но я не уверен, что дело именно в нем, потому что мой Запрет перестал работать и я сменил его на другой. В любом случае, теперь я смог зайти в игру, спасибо! ---

Yeah, it’s most definitely the network restriction issue. Another person in these replies suggested me installing one of the restriction bypassers (I already used Zapret for Discord and Youtube, so this thought didn’t cross my mind until now), which helped (for now at least). I guess the only thing to do is to use GoodbyeDPI, Zapret or AntiZapret. Thank you for help and swift replies \<3 ---

My friend told me that he was facing the same problem and told that it is possibly due to Amazon severs restrictions. Not sure if it helps enyone here but he uses Antizapret to counter that problem. My only fix right now is GearUP Booster ---

Мне лично вот этот антизапрет помог: [GitHub - pumPCin/AntiZapret](https://github.com/pumPCin/AntiZapret) Но я все еще не уверен, что именно он помог, я вместе с этим в запрете себе альт другой поставил. Ну и это мне только с обходом ошибки Backend error на экране загрузки помогло, на сервер все еще пускает только с активным ВПНом. (OpenVPN пользуюсь) ---

Could you give us URL to check connection without launching the game? Good afternoon, guys! At the moment, I have tried several solutions to the problem.: The ban (a popular thing in Russia) does not help Checking file integrity does not help. VPN - Chinese VPN Trojan - does not help, the download and sending speed of 300-400 Mb/s should be more than enough to safely connect to Mourningstar, but this does not happen and throws out the choice of characters. I also noticed that the EasyAntiCheat folder in the game folder is empty, and my friend doesn’t have this folder at all. Logged in with no VPN now so it works, but i am not sure they been removed for good, because i was able to log in and play with no VPN during monday or tuesday(forgot which), but not yesterday or today in the early morning.
