We’ve identified and are working on an issue where the Aquila Welcome Pack promotion may be removed even if the purchase has not been completed.
This may happen if a player crashes during redemption, or cancels the purchase.

Accessed the game as soon as the patch deployed. Saw the Aquilas offer in the bottom left part of the screen in the store.
When moving forward to purchase with steam, game crashed. Joined a couple of hours later to discover the offer is gone and Im unable to use it.

saw it today, tried to get it, got a “deadlock detected” crash while trying to add money to my steam wallet and after a restart it was gone again.
EDIT: after a few more crashes, trying to get the 7000 aquila pack, its now back again
Sometimes restarting Darktide isn’t enough, and it may be necessary to complete another mission to re-establish the required connections.

Hello, today I wanted to buy a anniversary aquila pack in Darktide. I pressed the button “purchase” after that opened steam page with this order. I didnt have enough money on my steam account, so I added some funds to buy this pack. But while I was adding game crashed and after I launched it one more time pack was disappeared. I didnt get aquillas and my money was not withdrawn from the account. Please help me

I had the exact same issue happening to me.
I went to buy the welcome pack promotion, game crashed while steam “add funds” page was open and when I restarted the game the promotion offer was no longer there at all.
We need this fixed before next shop rotation if possible..
