KNOWN ISSUE: Account Data/Progression Loss for Some Accounts

Stage 3 data restoration will begin on Monday 3rd February!
We’ve finalised all preparations and we’re now in a position to start the restoration of missing player data.

What’s next?
We’ll begin restoring data and repairing player accounts once we’re happy to push the button at the start of next week. The process will go through each affected account one-by-one and do the following:
Enable a short maintenance mode* (approx 1-3 mins) > fix the data > disable maintenance mode.
*The maintenance mode will only be enabled for the specific account being repaired at that time.

As all player data won’t be being fixed simulataneously, please don’t fret if we haven’t got to your account just yet. Due to the volume of accounts, it’s possible that this may take a couple of days to fully complete.

It’s been a long road to fix this issue, and we’re on the last stretch now. I’ll update again next week once we’ve started, if we hit any snags along the way, and when the data restoration is fully complete. Thanks!
