Just out of curiosity, what "XXXXL" size would an Ogryn really be?

Since Ogryns have arms with basically the size of whole smaller characters, what size would they “really” be?

Eddie Hall, while being a big guy, has ~5XL.

Bearing in mind that Guard uniforms only actually come in the two standard sizes…

Hmm. Well I have seen some Ogryn cosmetics with ill-fitting coats.
